“Apartamenty Nowe” is created by two passionate people – Waleria and Karol.
Two different points of view and different skills that perfectly complement each other to meet customer needs.

In life, we strive to do what is our passion, which are expeditions to distant countries. It brings us a lot of joy and satisfaction.

On a daily basis, Karol deals with interior and architecture photography as well as film production PromoFocus. Waleria specializes in rental of apartments, home staging and real estate management, having several years of experience in the branch, since 2014  as a co-owner of the real estate company, since 2018  runs her own company.

For 3 months I've been living without my family because I wasn't able to find a family apartment for an acceptable price in Krakow. We were living in the center of Warsaw before the war in Ukraine, and the difference in prices is insane.

This was the only agent that kept the promise to keep me in the loop regarding an apartment that wasn't available soon. The agent kept her word for 2 months.

Everything went fine, and the agent and her husband are great people to have a friendly chat with.

On the day I was delivered the apartment keys, the agent came even though she was having a sudden serious back issue that day that needed medical attention.
