For 3 months I've been living without my family because I wasn't able to find a family apartment for an acceptable price in Krakow. We were living in the center of Warsaw before the war in Ukraine, and the difference in prices is insane.

This was the only agent that kept the promise to keep me in the loop regarding an apartment that wasn't available soon. The agent kept her word for 2 months.

Everything went fine, and the agent and her husband are great people to have a friendly chat with.

On the day I was delivered the apartment keys, the agent came even though she was having a sudden serious back issue that day that needed medical attention.

Thank you very much Waleria.

Waleria was extremely helpful in my search for an apartment and she met with me very quickly to do the viewing. I was able to secure an apartment I loved in a matter of days. She is an excellent communicator and she has quickly solved any issue which has come up.
